Review of Norelco HQ55PLUS (HQ55) Replacement Heads For Shaver Model 6863XL

I ordered the HQ55Plus replacement heads for Norelco shaver Model 6863XL, as pictured on this page and the page from which it was ordered.Instead I received the HQ55, without the plus.I contacted the vendor and was assured that the item would work in the shaver.So I tried the heads and they seem to be working, although I can get no reply from Norelco that they have discontinued the HQ55Plus, and also show it pictured on their web site.So I give the item a 4 star, but reserve any star for the vendor, whose name I cannot recall, and care not to do so.This is the first time an order from Amazon.com has had this type of problem, or any problem at all.I have since ordered at least two items from Amazon.com.
