I have used an EpiLady (works with a spring instead of tweezer disks) for about 5 years and the adapter recently died.I decided to try the Norelco to see if it works better.The Norelco is better at removing underarm hair, but I found the EpiLady was quicker at removing leg hair (it covers a larger area)
My Norelco did not come with the stated loofah and cleaning brush.I returned it to Amazon and received another Norelco which also didn't have these 2 items.I don't know if this is a problem with Norelco or if people are returning the product to Amazon and they're not checking to make sure everything is in the box...
Overall, I am happy with the Norelco.It does what it claims to do and is a lot less expensive than other epilators.
